Durable evidence. Revisable judgment.
One retained packet reproduces the published judgment, establishes a later witness conflict without inventing correction authority, and then applies an accepted correction notice.
Experimental retained-evidence drill. Packet members use supplied verifiers and receiver contexts; they do not establish freshness, current external state, occurrence, independence, custody, or settlement.
Three computed states
- PublishedRetained historical evidence reproduces without correction propagation.
- Fault observedAuthentic same-size conflicting heads establish equivocation. Correction authority is not supplied, so reliance propagation is not computed.
- CorrectedAn accepted correction notice authorizes the declared-lineage computation: 2,500 affected, 5,000 not affected, and 2,500 undetermined.
What changed
Transaction digest is identical in all three states. Each judgment digest differs because new accepted evidence changes the consequence-bearing report.

Review-all control
Without accepted lineage sufficient to separate a declared decision from the disputed source, the control treats all 10,000 decisions as requiring review. Accepted declarations reduce the set to 5,000; incomplete ancestry clears 0.
